Possibly the best and good stay on a business trip. Great-sized room with a bath as expected. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. Next to a bus stop, easy to travel around.

Great breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Noise from nearby highway

The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They recommended fantastic local dining spots and attractions. Mr riyaz was especially excellent, always smiling and eager to assist. The hotel has a nice swimming pool!

Stayed here before, liked staff and location. I was happy to find Jamaicablue, it was not too far from the hotel and served nice food.

Family atmosphere, excellent staff and location. Wonderful and easy location, not too far away from Ginger & Lace. Next to a subway station in the downtown area. Cozy bar on-site, brand-new room with nice view and soundproof walls, as example.

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

I enjoyed the quick access to the Ibn Battuta Mall from my room, made shopping easy. The breakfast spread offered fresh options each morning, great for a solid start to my day.

Getting to the reception on the 3rd floor isn't intuitive. The entrance via the ground-floor taxi bay can be confusing for first-time visitors. Water pressure in the shower is low, so patience is required, and the bathroom lighting is pretty dim.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thanks to the warm hospitality and cleanliness of my room. Especially Ahmed, did a fantastic job maintaining an immaculate space. The proximity to the Mall was a big plus, awesome for convenient access to shopping and dining. The breakfast was varied, offering freshly made pastries and hearty options every morning. I think more seating options in common areas would enhance the experience.
